The staff is immensely friendly and went out of their way to assist us (older parent with disabilities) and couldn't have been sweeter. This place is amazing - it's clear to see how deeply loved and well cared for these animals are. From my own personal experience, I was able to view deer, jackrabbit, gray fox, a few types of birds (waders, divers and dabblers), different species of turtles.
